Please don't send your purchase back to the producer

To be entitled to a return, your product has to be unused and in precisely the exact same condition that you received it. It has to likewise maintain the original packaging.

Shipping prices are non-refundable. If you get a refund, then the expense of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund, if needed.

We just replace items if they're faulty or damaged. If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the present giver had the order sent for themselves to give to you afterwards, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and he'll learn about your own return.
Refunds will be managed through email if needed.
Just regular priced items can be reimbursed, regrettably, sale items can't be reimbursed, unless faulty. 

Returns, Late or lost refunds (if appropriate )
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to inform you that we've received your returned item. We'll also inform you of this rejection or approval of your refund. If you're accepted, then your refund will be processed, along with a charge will be applied to your charge card or a unique method of payment, within a specific number of days.
